When an organization has made a complete commitment to investing in their future success, they deserve recognition. An organization receives the distinction of being Certified Organic when they have committed to a minimum three workshops for their team, and conducted the two-part Employee Engagement Survey. The workshops must be held over a maximum six month period for optimal effectiveness. Any participants of at least two of these workshops and the survey will receive a personalized Certified Organic Leader certificate.
